Meet Master Bae
A lifetime of Taekwondo — from the competition floors of Korea to the mats of Nolensville.
A champion, performer and teacher of teachers
Master Bae is a 6th Degree Black Belt certified by Kukkiwon, the World Taekwondo Headquarters in Seoul, and also holds a 2nd Degree Black Belt from the Korea Jodo Association.
He earned his B.A. in Physical Education from the Department of Taekwondo at Keimyung University, competed and won in sparring, breaking and Taekwon aerobics, and performed with the university’s demonstration team across Europe, Asia and the United States. He later served as a Taekwondo instructor for the Republic of Korea Army.
Before founding his own school in Nolensville, Master Bae spent seven years as head instructor at World Class Taekwondo in Noblesville, Indiana, where he oversaw roughly 1,000 students earn their black belts.
